Does anyone know where to get an all-weather cover for the James Cook mark 3.
Either new or used.

Re: Panoramic roof spoiler
Thanks for the reply. So if the spoiler and wires were not there at all, the sliding roof should still close correctly.........
I will test when it comes out of storage.
If anyone else has any technical knowledge that would help me, I would appreciate it.

Re: Panoramic roof spoiler
Question on the sliding roof. Spoiler is free and goes up and down properly. BUT (see image) it does not go right down when panoramic roof closed. I am considering removing the wire guide clips either side of the spoiler and fixing the spoiler down. We never drive with the roof open and anyway it wo...

Re: Inverter and solar wiring
Thanks Rainerd & Elise for your input! Elise, you mention feeding the inverter cables "in a corrugated pipe" through the bathroom to the batteries. I have heard that an option is to feed the wires following the mains water fill pipe that runs through the bathroom. See image with line drawn on. Is th...

Re: Acrylglas auf Panoramadach gebrochen!
Hi VTXBE, Thanks for the post. I have exactly the same issue with the tape and small hole! I had my plastic roof removed and re-attached professionally and it is 100% sealed and waterproof. You may want consider going to a car glass place and having them do it. It cost me about EUROS 120. Well worth...

Re: Acrylglas auf Panoramadach gebrochen!
When you had the replacement acrylic roof made, did they leave a small hole in the front and cover it with a "Do not remove" sticker?
Or does your replacement roof have no small hole at all?
I am interested to know where to get a replacement sticker.
Thanks.

Re: Panoramadach undicht
So does anyone know the purpose of the "Do not remove" white sticker?
Is it "breathable" so that it handles different air pressure in and out?
Ours has gone and I replaced it with tape.
Is there anywhere we can get a replacement white sticker?
Thanks.

Inverter and solar wiring
I have a 2008 JC and am planning to install a Victron solar system and inverter. My plan is to install the inverter and solar controller in the back garage area. My question is, how do I get the inverter (thick) and solar controller cables from the batteries to the garage? Is there an easily accessi...

Re: Und nochmal: Panoramadach
It sounds like the problem I have where the "Do not remove" sticker has gone from the front. I believe the key is a to get a replacement breathable sticker over the small hole. My roof opens and closes fine, but the plastic roof section changes shape slightly depending on if it is hot or cold outsid...

Re: Doppelverglasung Panomramadach Seitendachfenster
Hello Helmut & Wolf, I do not need a new plexi-glass for the sliding roof. But I do need a replacement sticker for the front where there is a sign reading "DO NOT REMOVE"! Mine has gone and right now I have tape over the small hole. When you get a new plexi-glass roof made, will they be adding a new...

Thanks Thomas. We have a 2008 JC, NC3V version. Has anyone with that model installed a fan or Air conditioning unit in the rear in place of the standard vent?

Rear roof vent removal
We are considering installing a Fantastic Fan in the rear roof in place of the original roof vent. Has anyone removed the rear roof vent or does anyone have instructions on removal of the rear roof vent? In addition, does anyone know the dimensions of the hole once the rear vent has been removed. I ...

Re: Lower Bed foam shifted
Hi Stefan,
Thanks for the reply!
It sounds like the fix is no big deal to reattach the velcro. However, how do you remove the covers to get at the rails and the velcro?
Ian

Lower Bed foam shifted
We had our seats and lower bed cleaned before storage. It seems that vigorous cleaning has displaced the foam on the lower bed (see images). The top left of bed behind lower seat is now floppy with the metal frame outline visible through the fabric. Does anyone have any idea how to remove the fabric...
