On Sprinter-Source forum, a British poster posted about a British company which repairs and makes new windows. They have an online quote service. Somebody might try asking them and posting results. Thanks.

There is a company in the UK who manufacture 'one off' replacement caravan windows. Perhaps they have already manufactured a Westy window as they are quite popular in Europe?

Several people on the UK MH forums recommend their services.
