Hochbett JC Bj 2004

Liebe James Cook Community,

unser neuer/alter JC hat noch einige Baustellen, die hoffentlich bis zum Frühjahr fertiggestellt werden können. Die eine betrifft die Lagerung des Hochbettes bzw. dem beweglichen Teil davon.
Ich weiß leider nicht wie das im Original aussieht, aber ich schätze, dass der bewegliche Teil des Hochbetts auf Rollen in der Schiene läuft. Bei mir gibt es keine Rollen (siehe Bild).
Hat jemand eine Ahnung, wie man das am besten wieder annähernd in den Originalzustand bekommt und wie man das Brett aus- und einbauen kann?
Hat jemand Bilder vom Originalzustand?

The first few sent to the USA had rollers which were apparently too small as the bed slideout scratched the plastic sides. Westfalia replaced these rollers with larger ones which thus raised the bed slideout.

Luckily in timing, a USA owner Adolphus posted a replacement fix. To see the photographs, you'll need to signup for Sprinter-Source.

thanks for your answer and the link. That's exactly my problem! Even if I registered at that forum and signed in, I can't reply to Adolphus post or can't contact him on another way. I would love to see his solution finally installed.
How does it looks like in your JC?

A. Photos of Originals

These photos are of the Westfalia ones.
First photograph (repeated) is back roller (closest to front bumper) with 3 screws.
Second photograph is front roller (closest to bathroom) with 2 screws.
Unscrew/remove screws and brackets with roller pins can be removed and new white rollers installed.

Kurzes Update von meiner Seite:
Mit Unterstützung meines Vaters konnten wir an seiner Drehbank aus Teflon die Rollen herstellen. Da unser JC in einiger Entfernung überwintert, kann ich die Rollen erst Mitte Januar einbauen und testen, aber soweit bin ich mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden.

It looks like the same Westfalia parts as used in my '99 California Exclusive. I followed these instructions and replaced the rollers with bearings.
