The operators manual can be ordered at you Mercedes-Benz dealer, will be a standard manual for the sprinter and an additional for the Westfalia James Cook.

An instruction manual for maintenance purpose etc. is included in the Mercedes-Benz system, not available to end-users (you might find some copies in a auction platform, search for: Mercedes Benz EPC WIS ASRA).

for your information, I wrote to Westfalia 6 month ago to request a French edition of the manual and I received it by return as pdf file. No cost.
