Where can I find information about how long our vehicle can remain in the EU and UK while registered in the US?

Are black water dumps readily available in the EU and UK or should we consider swapping out our marine toilet for a cassette type?

We hope to ship our American Westy to Europe in the not too distant future. Have information on shipping, etc. but can't figure out how to obtain a visa that will allow us to stay in the Schengen area of the EU for more then 90 days within a 6 month period. Can anyone help? Thank you.
