Re: rollo-clipse - wo bekommt man diese???

Hello, As my upper part was broken, I also ordered a "rollo-clipse" here : https://www.camping-kaufhaus.com/hartal-dachhaube-ersatzverschluss-weiss-206-086-und-080/a-23845/ 1-2-Attaches.jpg I just had to make a small 3mm + 7mm hole for the screw : 2-2-Trous.jpg And then cut a little part of the plas...

Re: preiswerter Schonbezug für ISRI-Sitze gesucht

Hello, I'm also looking for seat covers for my 1993 James Cook 210D. Hope I don't highjack the thread, don't hesitate to tell me if I'd better open a new one. Has anyone found the correct model for theses seats (ISRI serial number ISRI-403819 and 406621)...? ISRI.jpg ISRI-403819.jpg ISRI-406621.jpg ...

Rust under the protective strip

Hello, I have a little bit of rust under the black protective strip (I think it's original, but I'm not sure...) on both sides of my 1993 210D. I'm planning to remove the strip with a heat gun and remove the rust. Does anyone know if it's possible to find this kind of protective strip somewhere...? ...

Heater not working correctly?

Hello, Did you check your batteries? As far as I know, the spark plug needs a lot of power to heat the combustion chamber; if it's OK, then the pump receives the signal to start (generally after 30 seconds approximatively). If the batteries are too weak, the process is stopped at the first step. I h...

Re: How to disassemble water tap?

Westfalia installed the "Comet VIP" in the James Cook.
It is a submersible pump, that delivers 16 Liters at 12VDC.
OK, sorry for the 13 ltrs info, I guess the pump I changed wasn't the original one. By the way, 13 ltrs seems enough for me, shower works fine.

Re: How to disassemble water tap?

Hello, As for the water pump, I use a Whale GP1352 (13 ltrs/mn), it works like a charm ( http://www.whalepumps.com/rv/siteFiles/resources/docs/resource-library/RV2013IndividualPDFs/SubmersibleFreshwaterPumpRange.pdf ) : gp1352.jpg From what I remember, the original Westfalia pump was also 13 ltrs/mn.

I'm still searching... :)

The fuseholder brand is Schurter. I've sent them a message, maybe these two models would fit :

Re: Solar panel on a 1993 James Cook

Hi Andi, Thanks for the infos. I have no other choice than using a flexible panel on the front side of the roof. Otherwise my two windows will be condemned... James-Cook-roof.jpg The panel being 56 cm wide, after checking, the curve on the sides will be very small, so I guess it will be fine. I'll p...

Re: Solar panel on a 1993 James Cook

Thanks for the tips and the pictures ! Unfortunately I don't have enough space at the back of the roof, where you put your panel. My panel is 148 x 56 cm, so I have to put on the front part (see picture). But going through the "window" (I don't know the correct term...) might be a good idea, I'll ta...
