You are not alone...each JC NV3 fitted with panoramic roof has this issue.
There are many topics about this.
I do n't have time now to write a long answer. You have to reglue before the acrylic part fly away.

Has someone an other solution, other brand, type that works good ( Fm+DAB+GPS) without any hole in the roof ( I'm afraid against water ingresses) ?

I did it in the past; only pull the parts. ( clikc ) In my case ,no use of glue to rig it.

I have the same configuration. But with a bike rack. I don't see anything (only the rack)...
