Re: Kühlbox ausgefallen - wie Wartungsklappe öffnen???

The maintenance flap needs a suction cup and you pull on the, right hand side(worderobe side). The other side is tongue and groove. You pull hard on the right and slide it after. Regarding the cool box, could be anything but you should open the screws of the unit and investigate yourself. Could be j...

Re: Conversion LiFePo4

Hi guys. I was just wondering, it will be better to use the victron cyrix li for 2x100amp batteries. The alternator in T1N charge around 14.2 to 14.4 which is ideal voltage for the batteries. Also that helps the fact that if you have solars, can charge the house batteries. Am about to have the conve...

Re: Has anyone installed Victron BVM712 battery monitor?

1- The shunt, wired this way, is very aquarate, there is not problem with the van 100amp shunt.
2- Actually you could fix the shunt, using double sided tape or on my case, just seat it freely on top of the batteries. The weight and pressure of the cables holds it tight in place.

Re: Has anyone installed Victron BVM712 battery monitor?

Hi. It very simple, just connect it as it should, after the instructions and just seat the shunt on top of the batteries. Regarding the 100 amp camper shunt it works anyway, you don't need to think about it. The small round display can be placed anywhere even if you place it behind the panels. You d...

Hi.
From inside looks clean, however be very careful for rust. Rust is the worst enemy of sprinter vans and this sprinter in particular looks like has been painted on the bottom part. Usually a quick job to cover rust.
Good luck

Re: Fridge problem

Fridge problem

Hi guys
I have a problem with my fridge. It does start and works for perhaps one full cycle (20 minutes) and after it stops doesn't start/work back again. The fridge icon on the main controller board start flashing and stays like that.
It could be the thermostat? Has anyone had the same problem?

Voltage sensitive relay (vsr) or battery to battery charger (dc to dc)???

Hello I just wanted to ask for opinions or experiences on charging the lessure batteries. Firstly how many amps does the original setup relay sends to the lessure batteries? Secondly is better to buy a dc to dc charger or is better to use a vsr, taking into account that JC has a old style alternator...

The natural/best replacement for skylight/roof vent in a T1N, bathroom/kitchen.

Hi guys I just wanted to know what is the best solution to change the roof vent, skylight in a T1N. I like the heki mini but it looks from what I read researching, that the mini Heki doesn't cover the opening un the roof. So you probably need some kind of extra cover in the roof, which am not keen o...

Re: Dachluke Bad und Küche ersetzen

Just a quick question. Does the internal frame of Heki mini interfere with the bathroom light? Looks like the frame of the original roof light is narrow, the one from Heki looks like is going to go over the light. Any idea from someone here in the forum who actually has used Heki mini? Any pics?
