Following one of the recent forum posts, I didn't even know it had a gas strut, and it only went up by sheer force. I definitely should replace it, but the photo doesn't show a reference to order one.

Does anyone have one available?

After a similar problem, I replaced the entire unit with a Clesana toilet...and it's a different world. No one knows if it's part of the main equipment or not.

I recommend it.
