Adhesive.
For semiflexible solar panels glued down, the adhesive may be so strong that a wire cannot cut. As mentioned earlier, a multimaster oscillating tool can cut the adhesive. As the cutting blades are usually not very long, you will need to bend the semiflexible panel upwards to reach adhesive (thereby destroying panel).
3M Dual Lock.
Another poster mentioned earlier that 3M Dual Lock is a good choice. This is like plastic mushroom Velcro.
This is a great choice as its thickness allows a bit of circulation airspace underneath the semiflexible panels (add strips in center area to provide airgap, as well as along edges). It also allows for easy removal and replacement of the solar panels.
For the sloped nose of fiberglass top, this 3M Dual Lock allows the semiflexible panel to contour to the compound curvature (curves in two directions like a ball) without puckering.
The panels may not fit edge to edge down the centerline without trimming (may void warranty if trim).
There are different adhesive versions of the Dual Lock, as well as widths.
Along the leading edge, one can also add transparent caulk to prevent windlift.
