To find a JC In Germany a site like Mobile.de is very effective.

But Where do people list camper vans and vehicles for sale in France?

LeBonCoin used to be a very effective site for used goods sales (I presume including vehicles) but in recent years they have blocked Non-Europeans from using the site. It's very frustrating

So is there a site like Mobile.de which is the default listing service for vehicle sales in France?

On Facebook register yourself in the group called Mercedes James Cook-FR. The members of the group are mostly french JC owners and there you can find JCs for sale.
