Hello,
how does your James Cook behave in windy weather? In mine it's sometimes scary, when wind hits from the side.
driving in windy condition
Re: driving in windy condition
Hi Edo,
All high sided, narrow track vehicles have a few problems in winds, but you can do some things to improve the handling;
1. The bushes for the front and rear stabiliser bars, if worn you get quite a bit of vehicle roll.
2. The shock absorbers also have an impact.
3. Spring shackle bushes if worn.
4. Steering freeplay or wear.
Its probably not just one thing, but a small combination of all of the above that adds upto a lot of unwanted movement.
