Boiler Truma BO10 II & Eberspächer D2L

Beitrag von j0lindien » 20.02.2020 20:58

Hallo an alle.
Was denkst du?
Vielen Dank

Hello to all.
I'm French so sorry for the mistakes, I use a translator.
I have a JC from 1987 and I have some repairs to the boiler and the eberspächer heater.
Firstly, I have to replace the solenoid valve of my Truma boiler but impossible to find it, those available are after 1992 and do not correspond. I have the idea to change the body of the boiler with a Truma B10 type 3 but mine is type 2 I think. I think the dimensions are the same but I am afraid that the connections as well as the electrical controls by the JC panel are different. What do you think ?
For my Eberspächer 2DL heater it broke down after starting in very cold weather: I tried several times but a smell of diesel in the cabin and it cuts itself off in two minutes, no red light. I will change the candle which is very damaged before going further. I turned the box to the side and the diesel came out through the air intake hole (the small one between the spark plug and the exhaust), do you think I can try to restart it without opening everything to to clean?
thank you so much
