bathroom faucet leak (how to remove the sink)

and it continues...
now that thé water pump is working and the tank is filled,
the rap/faucet in the bathroom is leaking. the red tube in the photo (which I expect is the hot water side)
it may be as simple as a replacement O Ring or washer.
or the rap might have frozen and is broken.
my seller told me this is a replacement tap as the original was damaged when hit.
So i might want to replace it anyway.
but to access it I expect I need to remove the sink.
how would I do that?
the sink tip seems a bit loose at the front edge - is it possible to remove the sink insert without removing the entire cabinet?
