I noticed some rust around the wiper attachment nuts and washers so the weekend turned into a bit of a repair time which was perfect since the weather had just changed and it was beautiful outside

After removing, noticed the beginnings of some slight rusting under the washers. Taped it off, and used the same paint I used on the Air Tabs which was such a good match. A bit of careful light sanding and painting up the washer and nut, and hopefully this will last a bit longer.

Du hast Glück, dass es nur unter den Scheibenwischern ein bischen rostet. Schlimmer ist der Rost unter der Windschutzscheibe

You're lucky that it rusts a little just under the windshield wipers. Even worse is the corrosion under the windshield

Hi,

ich hol' den Thread mal wieder hoch, nach dem bei mir diese Mutter und Unterlegscheibe so aussieht

drum habe ich mir die neu besorgt

habe diese dann für kleines Geld galvanisch verzinken lassen, nun ist da erst mal Schluss mit Rost
