Help with wiring

I have fitted an an electric step and now need to wire it up. Epeg in another post suggested terminal 30 for the permanent positive and terminal 15 for the positive switched on by the ignition- in the under seat box. However, under the seat I can only see fuses 1-18. So the terminal for fuse 15 (EDW Blinkleuchte) can be used for the switched positive? But where is terminal/fuse 30 so that I can get a permanently positive? Or is there some other terminal I can use for a permanent positive? I am doing the job today so a speedy response would be most helpful. Thank you
Adrian

Thank you Epeg. But the problem is that I can’t kivate terminal 30. There are only numbered terminals 1- 18. Where is it? Adrian.

Ok Epeg. But I am now stuck as I do not know which wires and terminals under the seat correspond with the din terminal sequence. I suppose if all else fails I will have to take it to a garage - but that would be a shame having got this far. Adrian

Hier ein Foto von Roland
So schnell gibt man aber nicht auf

Der Pfeil kennzeichnet das Trennrelais Dauerstrom der Fahrzeugbatterie. Aber Messe bitte vorher nach

Epeg, realise my last post was unintelligible. Thanks to the photo I can now wire the permanent positive. But not sure where to find the switched 15 amp feed. Where do I find terminal 15?
We are taking the Cook to Holland on Saturday so as a precauthave booked James into an electrical specialist tomorrow at 1100. So I have until 1030am to sort out where terminal 15 is! Thanks to you and Roland for the help so far. Adrian

Hallo Adrian.

Thanks Epeg. I will see what I can sort out in the morning. I have done some more research and now understand that there is no terminal 15 as such but that terminal 15 is a generic description of all feeds switched by the ignition. So the question is where to find the right switched feed. There is a 25 amp fuse for each of the power windows. I could piggyback off one of those but am concerned that if I operated the window at the same time as the step was retracting then there might be 40 amps potentially being drawn which might overload the wiring. Epeg, today I went to friendly auto electrician who is a camper. After I removed the seat for him he quickly found a switched circuit he could use for the step cable. 15 mins and equivalent of Eur10 and all was done. Step works well. Thanks for all the help. Adrian.
