Help to increase length of roof bed
Help to increase length of roof bed
Greetings from the UK. I recall a post from some time ago by someone who had extended the length of the roof bed. I can’t find it so can anyone help? Because of medical issues we find it increasingly hard to manoeuvre ourselves into the roof bed. If I can carry a folding strut and some foam then when the bed is slid out the space between its end and the cupboard above the sink could be filled in. That would give a longer bed and enable us to go in head first and sleep with pillows at the front end. Still with just enough headroom! Has anyone done this or thought about it? Adrian
