JC drivers side & rear decoration panels repair

Dear fellow Cookies,

Would anyone be able to confirm the material that the external decoration panels are made of? I know of a company who is willing to repair small cracks, but first need to confirm the material for strong repair.

Dort findest du das Material und mehrere Hinweise, was man alles machen kann - vielleicht gefällt dir eine andere Idee statt Reparieren besser.

Hi Peter,

Thank you for the links. Lots of views on different solutions. My personal choice would be to keep original look, by repairing and painting. Unfortunately I don’t think the links confirmed the material type to assist in selecting the correct glue repair.
