Good evening to all,
I have a little problem with my B10 boiler. The solenoid valve
opens correctly, the piezo engages and the gas ignites but it continues to rattle then the solenoid valve goes into safety and shuts down. Have you ever had a problem with the ionization sensor (number 37) on the diagram? I think it's the one that doesn't detect the combustion. How do you test it?
Thanks

Re: Boiler problem
Hi Stef,
I recognised that I cannot start the boiler in the highest position of the knob. In this case the boiler goes to safety position as described. However it does not (yet) rattle…
Is it the same behaviour at your boiler in any position of the knob?
Does the gas ignite (can you hear and feel it at the back)?
Best regards,
Matthias

Re: Boiler problem
Maybe you can try to heat no. 37 with a soldering lamp? However, I fear you need to open the boiler. Therefore you can also try to replace no. 37?
Please consider asking a professional due to the safety issues in the gas system.
Best regards,
Matthias

Re: Boiler problem
I have already disassembled the boiler several times for testing. The probe has been cleaned but without result. I ordered a new one.
