Air Fryer and/or portable induction hob?

I’ve recently changed the fading gel batteries for 2x 100ah lithium and changed the booster to a Votronic 50a. With 200w solar as well all is well. I am now wondering if we could use an air fryer and portable induction hob off grid using the new capacity? I would need to change the Victron 500w Inverter to a bigger one of course. Do any of you use induction/ air fryer- I think Peter may? If so any thoughts and advice much appreciated as ever. Thanks.
