2005 enerspächer ecu

Hi
Have a d4 I think for the heating I'm the back of the car.
Everything inside it is new, except for the fan.
When starting it burns for 1 minutes and then stop with fault f12 overheating.
After trying couple of times I now have code f15.
It means the ecu is "frozen"
How to open ecu.
And where to find the ecu?
