replacement shower handle (and fridge basket)

My next questions. (this forum has been very helpful)
in my JC the shower handle/faucet in the bathroom sink was broken years ago and was replaced with a fixed faucet.
this maybe a standard part (the original version just looks like one of our standard kitchen faucets with a pull out spray handle) but the fittings might also be special (and the base that would hook into the hanger on the wall)
does anyone know where I could get a replacement original style?
also, mine is missing the basket for the refrigerator. I'd like to replace it. I see some for sale but I cannot confirm "fit" until my JC arrives in December.
could someone measure the size of the opening where the basket would hang?
or the length of the main part of their basket?
