Remove panel behind back seat

Beitrag von JoseAlarcon » 30.09.2024 12:32

Hi all,

There is a problem with the fridge of my 2008 James Cook. I believe that I need to remove the panel behind the back seat to access the refrigerator.
Does anyone have instructions how to remove this panel? I removed the screws and the cover for the fuse box and aux batteries, but the panel seems to be too firmly attached. I don't want to damage it!

Thanks!

There is a screw under this black thing. Peel this off and remove the screw

As a first approach I would suggest to start with the panel next to the battery-compartment. The big panel behind the seat opens access to the back of the fridge and its electrical connections.

I was able to remove the cover for the batteries. I removed the two screws under the foot step and the screws holding the big pannel.
Should I try and remove first the big part where the foot step is before I can remove the back pannel? They seem to be glued together.
I am also not sure If I need to remove the fuse box...
