Dear JC friends,

ich mochte ein neues Rollo kaufen fur mein JC 2008. Ich have schon zwei mal Westfalia geschrieben, keine Antwort. I probierte telefonieren, auch nichts.

Weisst jemand wo ich es bestellen kann oder vielleicht wie man es reparieren kann. Es geht einfach nicht mehr zuruck.

English.... I would like to buy or repair the roller (orange/silver) over the opening part of the panorama window. Despite many attempts to get a response from Westfalia I get no answer to emails or telephone.

Where can I buy this or has anyone tried to repair it? It comes out OK but doesn't return.

Hi Sam,

I´ve never repaired a roller but I got access to the MB EPC catalog online.
Since the NCV3 was produced by MB, you are able to order all parts at MB. But it will take a while. The EPC doesn´t show prices.

If you wan´t to browse some more parts, you can order a EPC account for one year for about 20€.

I now have to convince my UK dealer that this part exists! Probably as the description is in German they will tell me to go to Germany!

The good news... UK dealer found it! The bad news.... €1,252 for special order from UK, maybe I should try Germany!
