Hi,

A simple question. My Mercedes dealer seems to not know about ordering parts for the James Cook. I have the Mercedes parts catalog and have the correct part numbers (the dealer can give prices), but are telling me to go to Westfalia to purchase the parts. I don't think that this is the case, and actually the Mercedes dealer should be ordering the parts...?

Maybe this is because the JC was not officially sold in the UK, but for my friends on the continent, are you able to order camper parts from Mercedes dealer? It seems that all parts begin with a Q and this is confusing the dealer.

I confirm that I ordered and bought to my belgian MB dealer an panoramic sunroof Westfalia ( Ncv3) ; this part is typicall James Cook.

At the first minutes, the guy said : no, no, I cann't , After a few minutes he found the good way on his computer and he said : I discover something ; I never see that ....

What part do you need ?

OK, thanks for the information. My parts guy seems like he is totally confused. I think I need a waste tank sender as the levels are not correct. He could give me the price, but not actually order it. I'll try again and see if he can find the magic button...

Phil, why don't you buy parts directly from the belgian MB dealer and tell him to ship to UK to your address?

baue den Abwassertankgeber einmal aus und reinige ihn.
Dann zeigt er für ca. 1 Jahr die richtigen Füllstände an bis er wieder schmutzig ist.
