Buying a 2008 James Cook in Netherlands

I live in Canada and will be in the Netherlands in early April to inspect and likely purchase a 2008 James Cook for export to Canada.

Tomorrow a camper person contact I have in the Netherlands is going to inspect the James Cook for me using the checklist I have attached.

3 questions:

1. What else should I have checked at the initial inspection tomorrow? What have I missed off the checklist?
2. The James Cook is going to have a pre-purchase mechanical inspection at a garage (separate checklist).
3. I will be in the Netherlands on April 5/6 for a final inspection before purchasing. Does anyone who owns a James Cook live close to Oirsbeek? If so, would you be prepared to meet me there to review the James Cook before I purchase it?

Any help would be really appreciated. Please send me any additions to the inspection list.
