We are looking at various James Cook options with different engines.

1. 6 cylinder 318 engine model. 318 WJCCL4X2 3665

2. 4 cylinder 315 engine model. 315 WJCCL4X2 3665

All of them are in the 2006 - 2008 model range.

Is there a big benefit to one engine or the other? I have heard good and bad things about both.

Should we steer away from the 4 cylinder?

My 315 CDI has now 250.000 km and still running. If you have a choice I would go with the bigger engine.
