Hot Water tank - make and model

Can anyone let me know what is the manufacturer and model of the hot water tank under the bathroom sink? When I took the cover off yesterday I saw a number of taps and valves that could be turned and have no idea what they are for. Images attached.
# 1 looks like a shut off valve and also a + / - black knob?
# 8 is a container with a screw top. What goes in there?
# 4 does that nut need tightening as it looks like there has been some seepage in the past (very little green).
The hot water is working fine right now and I have left everything alone.
