Contacting Manfred for repairs

I have been trying to contact Manfred Ermel for some repairs to my JC for more than a week. I have tried the email on the website (service@ermel-freizeitmobile.de) and also by phone (no answer). Does anyone know if there is a better way to make contact, or if the email is updated?
