Hello from France, on my 2008 Sven Hedin the bed comes down from the top too easily and it especially has trouble going back up under the roof. Has any of you already changed the bed jack and do you have a reference or a link to order it? Thank you

Great, thanks. I took it apart and it's really broken. So, is the jack used to help with getting down or up from the bed? Because the way it's mounted, it's more to help with getting down from the bed???

Auf Bestellung gefertigt bei Hahn. Bei einem anderen Hersteller konnte ich es nicht finden.
Die Lieferzeit beträgt ca. 6 – 8 Wochen.

I don't know if it helps you lower or raise the bed, but any help is welcome, and that way I'll never have to be the one to always raise and lower it, hehe.

So it was worth install new strut? Always fight with bed and don't feel any help from strut

In my case, I'm still waiting for the replacement part from the supplier. It's a "special" gas shock absorber, and it won't arrive until September (the order deadline, more than two months since it was placed).

I'll let you know, but I hope it helps lift it, given the price!
