Has anyone installed LED bulbs in their James Cook to replace the original fluorescent bulbs?
Do you have the bulb reference # for LED and the original fluorescent bulb types?
Thank you,
Ian
Bulbs replacement
Re: Bulbs replacement
Not that easy, there is a Thread about it. A former member of this forum sells modified LED Versions that work. But quite expensive. Better Invest in a Lithium battery for sufficient power

Re: Bulbs replacement
Thanks.
Yes, seem very expensive.
Where would I buy spare fluorescent bulbs the same as originals that are in there?

Re: Bulbs replacement
Just last month this kind of lightbulb was ordered out of production within the EU. I bought a few at a really low price to have some spare parts in store. So far I had one of the original ones fail a long time ago. Since than all of them work as they should.
In case you don't find the right kind you can always switch between the several lamps and eventually find a more or less fancy led-12V solution. I am sure, more of those will be available in the future.

Re: Bulbs replacement
Thanks for the links to the bulbs.
What about the bulbs that fit in the small round push type lights?
Does anyone have an idea what those bulbs are and where to get them?
