Heki 4 "spinnt"

Hallo zusammen!

Das grosse Heki reagiert seit ein paar Monaten manchmal nicht auf die Fernbedienung.
Manchmal nicht auf den Befehl zum Öffnen, manchmal nicht auf den Befehl zum Stoppen oder Schliessen. Auffallen tuts mir nur auf Reisen, zuhause läuft der Test ok.

Die Fernbedienung hat neue Batterien, das Infrarotsignal wird gesendet (Test Handy).
Ich hatte anfangs für einige Tage Erfolg mit dem erneuten Anlernen der Fernbedienung, der Abstand bis zum erneuten Ausfall scheint sich aber zu verkürzen.

Bei Camping-Wagner hab ich grad als mögliche Ersatzteile die Elektrosteuerung oder die Elektronik ausgemacht (für 157 bzw. 86 EUR).
Hat jemand von Euch vllt. noch eine andere Idee, woran es liegen könnte?
Was sollte ich eher austauschen: Steuerung oder Elektronik?

1. Remote Buttons and Battery Contacts

A. Check Keypad

The remote keypad may not be pushing pins inside remote.or the pins may have stuck.

Open up remote as if you plan to replace batteries. Then, leaving the keyoad cover off, push the small cylindrical pins directly to operate skylight.

If that works, then you may want to add some pads to the keypad to make it easier to push the cylindrical pins.

2. Original Remote Reprogramming

Check to see if remote is communicating with skylight. If signal, then consider reprogramming.
