Fridge has stopped working & batteries discharge: UK

Hi i'm in the UK. I have 2007 James cook and the Fridge has stopped working. Also the batteries run out of charge within 3-5 days if left without hook up. I have fitted new batteries and had the local motorhome garage check it out without any success. Any ideas and or a wiring diagram so i can pass it onto the electrician at the garage.
All the usual checks have been carried out - fuses hook up cable etc

Funktioniert der Kühlschrank nicht?
Oder sind die Batterien ohne dass etwas eingeschaltet ist, nach 5 Tagen leer?
Oder sind die Batterien nach 5 Tagen leer, wenn der Kühlschrank eingeschaltet ist?
Das ist bei diesem Modell leider normal!
Wie waren die Batteriespannungen?
Ist das Fahrzeug jetzt gerade neu gekauft?
Oder funktionierte vorher alles ohne Probleme?
