How to remove this sliding door base? URGENT

The Cook is at the body shop for some rustproofing. How is the step in the photo below removed? The body shop can’t fight out and its holdup the work. Thanks.

Ergänzend dazu: im Cook muss zuerst das Metallteil raus (Schrauben oben am Winkel [rot] sowie durchtrennen der Klebemasse zur Trittstufe mit Cutter[rot]). Dann kannst du die vier Abdeckungen auf der Trittstufe rausnehmen [blau] (ich habe die mit einem Bohrer 3mm angebohrt und dann mit einem Draht rausgeholt). Dann die Schrauben dort lösen und die Trittstufe entfernen.

Thank you. I have previously removed the plugs and screws on the passenger door step in order to check for rust underneath. It hadn’t occurred time that a similar system might be used for the sliding door step. Does the B pillar trim have to be removed as well ? Or is it a case of removing the metal trim around the step( red in photos) ;the screws under the plugs( blue in photos ) ; cutting through the adhesive bonding( red in photos ) : and then removing the step? We are trying to assess if it’s too much effort to remove it in order to check for rust. Thanks.

Ist schon eine Weile her, aber so müsste es wohl gehen.
Alle Schrauben entfernen. Klebenaht unter der Metallstufe trennen.
Metallstufe raus.
Stufe nach oben ziehen um sie aus den Metallclipsen zu lösen.
Dann sieht es so aus.

Alle Stufen kontrollieren und die Abläufe säubern.
Ist wirklich wichtig
